Compassionate Care Partners (CCP) provides professional, high-quality in-home respite care services throughout Orange County, California, with a primary focus on Laguna Niguel and surrounding communities including Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Irvine, and San Clemente.
Our services are designed to support families caring for individuals with special needs by offering safe, reliable, and compassionate care in the comfort of their own home and familiar environment.
In-home respite care gives family caregivers the opportunity to take a necessary break, rest, and recharge, while ensuring their loved one continues to receive attentive and respectful support. Our trained caregivers assist with supervision, daily routines, engagement, and personal care needs based on each individual’s unique plan of care.
CCP is also a proud approved vendor of the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC), allowing us to serve eligible individuals and families through authorized regional center referral services. We are committed to maintaining high standards of care, professionalism, and trust in every service we provide.

If your family is working with a Regional Center, you can ask your Service Coordinator to submit a referral to Compassionate Care Partners (CCP). Once we receive the referral, we will personally contact you to guide you through a thoughtful intake process. We focus on getting to know your loved one, their needs, personality, and daily routine, so we can match them with a caregiver who truly fits, not just on paper, but in real life.
Personal Assistance & Independent Living Services
At Compassionate Care Partners (CCP), we provide both Personal Assistance Services and Independent Living Services (ILS) to support individuals in living safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own home and community.
Our Personal Assistance Services focus on hands-on, day-to-day support with activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. This service is ideal for individuals who need consistent, direct support to manage their daily routines.
Our Independent Living Services (ILS) are designed for individuals who want to build or maintain their independence.
Through ILS, our trained staff provide guidance, coaching, and skill-building in areas such as personal care routines, cooking, budgeting, using public transportation, social engagement, and navigating community resources. The goal is to empower individuals to live more independently while still having the support they need.
We understand that every individual’s needs are different. Some may benefit more from hands-on assistance, while others may thrive with guided support and skill development.
That’s why we take a personalized approach, working closely with each individual and their family to determine the right level of care and matching them with a caregiver or support staff who truly fits their needs, personality, and lifestyle.
At this time, Personal Assistance and Independent Living Services are not yet offered through the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC) and are currently available as private-pay services.
We are in the process of becoming an approved RCOC vendor for these services and expect to begin accepting referrals from RCOC clients in the near future.
